Testing Policy: All Applicants (Optional)
Submitting Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) scores is optional. Please include Cushing Academy’s school code (2698) when registering for the test.
If you have already completed the PSAT, SAT, or ACT, and would like to share them with Cushing Academy, ask your current school to submit your scores directly to Cushing or include your scores as a PDF with your application documents. This is also optional.
International Applicants
Cushing Academy requires an English proficiency test. Please submit the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) or the Duolingo English Test and standardized testing by grade (as above). Please include Cushing’s School code (9176) when registering for the TOEFL iBT test.
Mainland China students
All applications must be verified through Vericant before the December 1 deadline. Applicants will then schedule an interview with our Admissions Team.
