Individual Visits are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. Individual campus visits typically last 90 minutes and include a student-led campus tour, followed by a chat with an admissions representative and/or an interview. If you are not ready for your interview when you visit, we can schedule your interview for another time either in-person or virtually via Zoom. **If you are planning to visit on a Monday or Friday at 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m., we highly recommend attending Community Meeting with us! Community Meeting begins at 10:10 a.m. – it’s the perfect opportunity to join the entire MHS community (students, faculty, and staff) and experience the warm community for which we are known. You might even see an impromptu dance, comedy skit, or learn about current cultural events!**
Application Deadline: 2/1/2025
Testing Policy: In order to ensure equity and access in the admissions process, the SSAT is no longer required. Instead, all applicants are required to complete either the SSAT or the Miss Hall’s School math assessment. The MHS Math Assessment is free, online and takes less than 45 minutes to complete. Your admissions representative will provide you with the test at the appropriate time in the application process. For those wishing to submit SSAT scores, the code for MHS is 5120.
International students whose first language is not English must submit TOEFL (school code #8014) or Duolingo test results.
Essay Questions: Parent Questionnaire & Student Short Answers are available on Standard Application Online (SAO) or Gateway to Prep admission portal.
