Cardinal Education is an independent educational consulting company. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any public or private school.
Our independent admissions consultants are experts in the Frostig School – Pasadena Campus admissions process.
Established in 1951, Frostig School – Pasadena Campus promises a high school program that offers two approaches for the unique needs of each student. Some students are enrolled in courses focusing on traditional academics, while others may be enrolled in classes focusing on applied academics. Each class is limited to 12 students per credentialed teacher, giving more focus per student. Frostig School – Pasadena Campus’s teachers are trained to use strategies from several evidence-based programs, including Lindamood-Bell, Wilson Reading System, Orton-Gillingham, and Step Up to Writing. On top of academics, students are also welcomed to the Arts like Film, Drama, and Studio Art to tickle their creative juices. Their admissions process includes:
1. Submitting an inquiry and completing an application on their website.
2. Student’s IEP and progress reports.
3. Current transcripts.
4. Psychoeducational/Neuropsych evaluation.
5. Academic Assessments.
6. Speech, PT, and OT reports if needed.
Private school admissions are more challenging to stand out in due to the number of applicants versus the small class size it tends to have. We help families with the process with services such as admissions consultation, personal statement help, and educational consultation.
With smaller class sizes and many applicants, private school admissions tend to take more work to stand out. Cardinal Education helps Asian American families with services such as admissions consultation, personal statement help, and educational consultation.
