For either of the questions above, Cardinal Education has an answer for you. Current UMich students can apply for any of our part-time tutoring jobs. Our part-time roles are great for college students looking for a part-time job near them. Sessions for students can be remote; you could work from the comfort of your own home. We chose to target Michigan students since they poses an affinity to manage multiple tasks during the year. We are confident that they could be successful at Cardinal Education.

If you are looking to either start or continue a career in education, we have the Educational consultant role. Our consultants gain business development experience by learning more about the vital functions of our company. They also have teaching experience from their work with students. We make sure that our staff has the support they need for any questions that may come up during sessions. We want to ensure that the time you spend at Cardinal Education is beneficial for your career. Even if your career is not in education, we are more than happy to support you in your career goals.

What is Cardinal Education?

Allen Koh founded Cardinal Education in 2004, with the goal of establishing an organization that would assist students in school. What started as a tutoring company, has now become an educational consultancy that offers college admissions, private school admissions, tutoring, and academic coaching services. We have helped multiple families attain their educational goals from attending their dream school to building confidence. Students gain the skills to find success within the classroom and apply these skills outside of the classroom. In the end, students that work with Cardinal Education are better prepared to tackle difficult obstacles and overcome them.

Our management team works alongside every new staff member to teach them what is required to find success at Cardinal Education or any professional environment. New staff goes through a training process to learn more about our clients, their needs, and how to approach every student differently. We are one in seven billion, this is the idea we have in mind when it comes to teaching. Everyone is unique and as a result, everyone learns a little differently. Staff at Cardinal Education learn about the different teaching methods to better assist their students. We extend this idea of self-improvement to our staff as well. We understand that a career in education may not be what you have in mind. However, we will ensure that you learn the skills that you can apply to any field. In addition, through working with our families there are countless networking opportunities. We have even written letters of recommendation for our staff.
